For four decades, Leadership Brownsville has been instrumental in developing informed, engaged, and dedicated leaders who are passionate about making a positive impact on our community. "Leading Through Four Decades: A Ruby Celebration Gala"on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. This elegant evening will feature live music, entertainment, fine dining, cocktails, a silent auction, and more. Your generous support will directly contribute to the growth of future leaders by funding class scholarships and strengthening our programs.

Established in 1985, Leadership Brownsville, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a stronger community by developing informed and engaged leaders.  Our mission is to foster leadership development by educating community members about the different sectors of Brownsville, exposing them to the challenges and opportunities, and empowering them to make a positive impact.
